The Evaluation of E-Learning Courses in Hadith Science Virtual Faculty According to the Criteria of Quality in E-Learning from the Views of Students and Instructors

Introduction: This study examines the evaluation of e-learning courses in Hadith Science virtual faculty according to the criteria of quality in e-learning from the views of students and instructors in 2009-2010. Materials & Methods: This study is a practical descriptive methodology, using a survey as its instrument. The statistical population consisted of 1739 students and 15 instructors all instructors were studied owing to their small population and a sample of 202 students was selected based on the stratified ratio sampling method. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. For the data analysis, statistical procedures including the Mann-Whitney U test were used. Results : The results indicated that courses quality of Hadith Science virtual faculty according to criteria (instructional design, measurement and evaluation system, technology and support) has relatively desirable level. Conclusion: Although the results of this study showed that courses quality of Hadith Science virtual faculty from the views of students and instructors has relatively desirable level. But to achieve maximum utility in the quality of the courses, is necessary the custodians of e-learning attention to recommendations include fitness the volume and content of courses offered with semester, used the electronic evaluation system and portfolio in assessment process, create shortcuts for quick access to needed links on web pages, increase discussion boards and Wiki, amplification of audio conferencing and video conferencing systems.

Introduction: Smart schools are one of the fields that information and communication technologies with comprehensive and holistic model and with preset goals and missions enter into the field education. The main purpose of smart schools is the preparation of the next generation to live in the period of information and growth potential talents of students according to their interests and potentials. Materials and Methods: The Statistical population of this study includes all principals and information and communication experts in smart schools. The sampling way of the study is complete census that the numbers of samples are equal to the whole society (N=14). The study used mixed method (quantitative-qualitative) and research instruments were interview , questionnaire and observation. Validity was according to expert’s point of views and reliability (95%) of the instruments was appropriate. Results: The results showed that the extent of multimedia content use with mean(1.91, 2.12), the extent of application of the necessary infrastructure (2.16, 2.23), the extent of capable educational staff (2.32, 2.26) and the extent of establishment of computer united communication with smart schools (2.28, 2.19) were somewhat in desirable levels and also the extent of principals use from united computer system with mean (2.40, 2.38) has been reported in a desired levels too. Conclusion: From the obtained data it can be concluded that challenges and main reasons for the lack of proper formation of smart schools include: lack of guidelines and regulations relating to the implementation of project of smart schools, lack of infrastructure, lack of teacher’s and student’s skills and efficacy towards the production of educational contents based on educational needs, the lack of a coherent planning to continue teaching- learning processes.

Introduction: This study aims at evaluating the e-learning in female secondary schools of Arak district two. Materials & Methods: The required number of the sample was calculated using the Morgan's table, which was 217 for students, 7 for school administrators, and 50 for teachers. Data collection was done using a researcher designed questionnaire and a check list. Reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha coefficient values of 0.825 and 0.933 respectively. Data analysis was done applying descriptive statistical indices of: frequency, percentage, and c2 test. Result: The effect of e-learning on optimizing the teaching-learning process according to students, teachers, and school administrators was respectively 41.5%, 43%, and 83% which indicates the "good" and very good level . 34.7% of teachers do not use e-learning at all and 34.7% of them use it just for 30 to 45 minutes. The amount of teachers' skills in using computer was 29.6% and 15.9% respectively according to the point of view of students and teachers, which means "law" level, and it was 14.3% for the amount of administrators' computer skills which is at the "medium" level. The amount of accessible hardware facilities according to students and teachers point of view was respectively 28.8% and 24.5% which is in "law" level and it was 38% for administrators which are in the "medium" level.Conclusion: Finally, proposed which supplies hardware and software standards to be revised.

Introduction: Today expand of university and higher education centers caused to conside quality. By the way, present research was to examine the factors that affect education quality in the Higher Education Center of Payame Noor University (PNU). Materials and Methods: This research was done survey method, and was conducted during the period 2011-2012. 117 people were selected as sample using stratified random sampling, and the required data were collected using a questionnaire developed by the researcher. Descriptive statistics and factor analysis were used for data analysis in SPSS and LISREL. Results: The results showed that the quality of education offered in the Higher Education Center of PNU is average in terms of syllabus, student support, and distance education technology efficiency, but poor in terms of assessment and interaction. Moreover, the results of factor analysis suggested the adequacy of goodness-of-fit indices, and these factors can be used to evaluate the quality of educational services. Conclusion: Satisfying the huge demand for education is very costly for those offering educational services. Heavy investments in education systems, including distance education, suggest the importance of the quality and effectiveness of education. Achieving these goals requires identification of the factors that influence the quality of educational services.

Introduction: According to capabilities of information and communications technology (ICT) in value creation for organizations, they have substantial investments to use of information and communication technologies. One of the values that the organizations can create by these technologies is employee’s empowerment. Materials and Methods: This study examines the impact of information and communication technologies on empowerment of employees in Technical & Vocational Training Organization in Sistan and Baluchestan. For this purpose and by studying literatures, a questionnaire was designed. After its approval validity by relevant authorities and faculty supervisor and consultants, the questionnaire was distributed among sample society. Collected data were tested using statistical techniques such as Regression (to test hypotheses), Average One-sample t-test to determine the level of empowerment, and Friedman ANOVA test to determine the ranking of each empowerment dimensions. Results: Results indicate that there is a meaningful and positive relationship between use of ICT and employee’s empowerment. In addition, using information and communication technologies in Technical & Vocational Training Organization of Sistan and Baluchestan can explain the change of employee’s empowerment to the extent of 0.417. Results also show that the level of employee’s empowerment in this organization is above than average level, their empowerment in “Competence” dimension (3.40) is more and in “effectiveness” dimension (2.79) is less than other dimensions of empowerment. Conclusion: As the findings of this study and previous research have shown, the information and communication technologies can play an important role in employee’s empowerment. Therefore it is important that organizations and their managers formulate an appropriate program and use a right strategy to take the advantages of these facilities in order to empower the employees and organization.

Emerging technologies of information and communications have been severely affected the society particularly impact on educational systems and new directions ( E-Learning). E-learning rapidly become a significant issue and its place has stabilized in the educational structure of many countries and now learning modern methods being influence to all educational and commercial institutions of the world. Currently e-learning has many changes in higher education and introduced as a new model of a modern educational system and changed learning concepts in the past . In this review paper, after introduction of e-learning system and its main components including CMS and LMS, the world 's newest learning management systems has been studied . Finally the latest version of the Blackboard learning management system is presented .

In this paper, we investigate the Adobe Flash professional CS5 software used for web designing, creating computer games, multimedia electronic content production. Using this software created animation and published content have more compact needing less disk space and are more attractive. Here, we have described its most important features and its work space and environment, type of symbols, tool box, method of creating button, and the method of file and animation publishing. In conclusion we have mentioned some key points and tips on working with this currently powerful software.
