Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has without doubt had a great influence on the culture of human civilizations. Some even state that information technology is the most important factor in recent developments in the previous decade. Nowadays, information technology is the basis for human development in an organization and the society as a whole. Information technology, as a collection of produced thoughts that is provided for people and organizations through hardware mechanisms, has a crucial role in the development of human resources. Information technology and the use of computers have brought about some changes in organizations. These changes are more evident in fields such as structure, authority, power, job content, supervision, and the managers' jobs. Technology has differentiated our era from previous periods. If we do not have a correct and comprehensive understanding of technology in different realms of life, we will inevitably encounter various problems. Rapid changes and the growth of modern technologies have caused some worries regarding people's readiness in all societies, especially future generations that face the current situation. The correct use of information and communication technology depends on the skillfulness of human resources. Information technology has a massive role in developing fields such as business and trade, electronic learning, etc. Information technology has helped cultural development, especially the Islamic-Iranian culture, throughout the world. It has also helped to obtain necessary information and solve existing problems in the minimum amount of time and has helped people to discover the world, from the depth of the oceans to outer space.
