The Journal does not charge any fees for manuscript submission, peer review, processing, or publication. Authors may withdraw their manuscripts free of charge during the initial editorial screening stage. However, once a manuscript has entered the peer review process, a withdrawal fee of 5 dollars will be charged if the authors request withdrawal of the manuscript before a final editorial decision is made. This fee is intended to cover administrative and peer review costs incurred by the Journal.
