The Evaluation of E-learning Design in Female High School Students of Arak District 2 From Point of View of Teachers, Administrators and Students and Possible Optimizing Strategies

Abstract

 Introduction: This study aims at evaluating the e-learning in female secondary schools of Arak district two. Materials & Methods: The required number of the sample was calculated using the Morgan's table, which was 217 for students, 7 for school administrators, and 50 for teachers. Data collection was done using a researcher designed questionnaire and a check list. Reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha coefficient values ​​of 0.825 and 0.933 respectively. Data analysis was done applying descriptive statistical indices of: frequency, percentage, and c2 test. Result: The effect of e-learning on optimizing the teaching-learning process according to students, teachers, and school administrators was respectively 41.5%, 43%, and 83% which indicates the "good" and very good level . 34.7% of teachers do not use e-learning at all and 34.7% of them use it just for 30 to 45 minutes. The amount of teachers' skills in using computer was 29.6% and 15.9% respectively according to the point of view of students and teachers, which means "law" level, and it was 14.3% for the amount of administrators' computer skills which is at the "medium" level. The amount of accessible hardware facilities according to students and teachers point of view was respectively 28.8% and 24.5% which is in "law" level and it was 38% for administrators which are in the "medium" level.Conclusion: Finally, proposed which supplies hardware and software standards to be revised.
